We are searching for a full-time Physical Therapist - CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our Milford, Delaware office. Sign-on bonus plus retention bonus, and yearly bonuses for clinical directors. The Clinic Director is the CEO of their clinic. You own its performance: the quality of care that goes out the door, the patient experience from the front desk to discharge, the financial and operational health of the site, and the people who work there.

You are also the clinic's chief culture officer. Whether your team is engaged, supported, and doing the best work of their careers is your responsibility more than anyone else's. Our clinicians stay because of the practice they work in, and the person who shapes that practice is you.

You will not do it alone. You work with our leadership and support team on billing, marketing, hiring, and operations, and you have direct access to the owner. When something needs solving, you are expected to bring it forward and help build the answer rather than wait for one.

• 95K to 110K base salary, depending on experience
• $5,000 at signing, plus additional yearly bonuses
• Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota
• Four-day or five-day weeks, and you help set your hours

Yes. You keep a real caseload. You work in the clinic and have hours set aside for your admin work.

You will work alongside 6-8 therapists and additional PTAs, techs. Our therapy pools are either on-site or nearby within the community. Caseload is general outpatient orthopedics with a genuine mix of ages and diagnoses. Others in this office specialize in pelvic floor, women’s health, aquatics, sports, and more.

We want you to get good at something specific, and we pay for it. Orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation through Aquacare Athletics, are all options for you.

• Getting started. A named mentor, scheduled weekly meetings, and case review with clinical leadership for your first year.
