As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Room Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. This position can also assist the front desk/guest services when business volume demands.

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules
- 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours
