The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full‑time Club Operations Team Lead to join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our Housekeeping Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Housekeeping department, exceeding customer expectations of the cleanliness of the club properties, and working closely with other departments to ensure all rooms are set and kept clean to standards.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 1-3 years of cleaning experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license for operation of club vehicles
