Stonebridge Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities:
Operate the front desk with exceptional guest service according to standard operating procedures;
Take and record reservations with accuracy and handle check-in/check-out processes;
Balance and manage cash drawer and ensure payment card validity;
Answer all calls within three rings using a scripted approach and relay messages accurately;
Resolve guest complaints and maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and front desk area
