In this role, you will create memorable experiences for business travelers and families, ensuring rooms are cleaner than the competition with no extra cost for guests.

• Vacuum rooms, change linens, and clean bathrooms to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information as requested.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform housekeeping duties efficiently and independently.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and service standards set by the hotel.
• Communicate guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
• Support the team in meeting daily and weekly occupancy targets.

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (2 years of high school education).
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift 25–35 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work independently.
• Availability to work weekends;
  Saturdays and Sundays may be required.
