Position Overview

The Manager, Human Resources is a key leadership role responsible for building a high-performance, people-centered organization. This role leads all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, seasonal hiring, compliance, and workforce planning. As Eden Brothers grows, this role also serves as the primary steward of company culture — ensuring that our values remain lived experiences, not just words on a wall, as the organization evolves.

Core

Responsibilities Human Resources Leadership
  • Lead all Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, policy development and management, and workforce planning
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design as the company scales.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure teams are structured and staffed for both current performance and future growth.
  • Guide employee engagement initiatives and reinforce accountability and performance standards.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the CEO and leadership team on talent, culture, organizational design, employee relations, workforce planning, and other people-related matters.
  • Identify gaps in leadership capability, organizational health, employee experience, and people practices, and develop solutions in partnership with company leaders.
Culture Leadership & Organizational Evolution

Culture is the foundation on which Eden Brothers scales. As the company grows toward its 2028 vision, this role owns the deliberate, ongoing work of shaping culture so it strengthens — rather than dilutes — as headcount, complexity, and seasonal demands increase.

  • Design and sustain a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with company strategy.
  • Act as chief steward of company culture, translating our Courage, Curiosity, and Impact values into everyday behaviors, decisions, and rituals across every department and shift.
  • Lead culture-shaping initiatives — onboarding experiences, recognition programs, feedback channels, and internal communications — that reinforce a shared identity as the company scales beyond its current size.
  • Proactively assess how culture is shifting as the organization grows and evolves, using employee feedback, engagement data, and retention trends to detect early signs of drift and recommend course corrections.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to ensure people practices and culture evolve in support of company strategy, including through periods of growth,…
