Location: Holloway Terrace
Blue Ocean Inc in North America seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support our Delaware and Pennsylvania offices. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HR records, and ensure policy compliance.
The ideal candidate has about 3 years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
