Job Description:- Serve as the primary HR contact for the Delaware and Pennsylvania offices, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain HR records and HRIS data, and process employment changes, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Coordinate required training, safety compliance, employee engagement activities, and provide guidance to the HR/Admin Assistant.
- Oversee local office administration, including office supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HR Generalist, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR administration.
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
