Location: Milford
Kelly Services is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract in Wilmington, DE. The role is hybrid (1–2 days in the office) with a schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The candidate will lead intake sessions, define hiring needs, and craft compelling postings while building a diverse candidate pool. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals, and be proficient with ATS.
