**** What you should have.
*** Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computer science, data science or a related field with a strong focus on AI and generative AI or equivalent practical experience.
* At least three years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of shipping and operating GenAI applications in a corporate environment (e.g. knowledge chatbots, voice/assistant use cases).
* Extensive experience with LLMs and related frameworks (e.g. Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, Llama Index) and evaluation/monitoring tools (e.g. Langfuse, RAGAS).
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and data stores (SQL and No
SQL); practical use of vector databases/search.
* Production-level skills in building RAG and agentic GenAI applications in Python.
* Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, code reviews, design patterns and documentation.
* LLMOps proficiency: prompt/model versioning, CI/CD for prompts and pipelines, offline/online evaluations and A/B testing.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills: ability to guide interdisciplinary and international teams, mentor engineers and advise management with clear decisions.
* Experience in retail/omnichannel or large international organisations is advantageous.##
