Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI and GenAI architecture to lead our product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in product management, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product vision, development, and execution while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape.
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members in best practices for product development.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of AI and GenAI architecture, including frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches in the AI domain.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with cloud based AI solutions and platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data science principles.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and GenAI technologies.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams and driving product strategy.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
