Allen Insurance Group has an opening for a LICENSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. We are located in downtown Wilmington and provide free parking. We are looking for an insurance servicing representative to service our Personal clients. The person needs to have a pleasant, outgoing and friendly personality who is a self-starter, organized, goal oriented with strong communication.

• Must be able to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Must be a trusted advocate and risk advisor for clients.
• Services will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Willing to educate clients regarding insurance options as well as providing risk solutions.
• High importance on being proactive, organized and efficient.
• Must understand the importance of detail and documentation.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
• Must work well in a team focused, positive and rewarding environment.

Delaware Property Casualty license is required – at this time.
