A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner with 5+ years of Delaware corporate law experience to join its growing Corporate & M&A Practice in Delaware.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to play a meaningful role in expanding a highly regarded Delaware corporate practice while advising clients on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

• Advise clients on Delaware corporate law matters involving:
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity transactions
• Corporate restructurings
• Financings and complex lending transactions
• Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Entity formations, dissolutions, and governance matters
• Counsel boards and management on fiduciary duties and Delaware corporate governance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across a national platform on complex transactional matters.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of Delaware corporate law and M&A experience.
• Experience with a Delaware-based law firm or the Delaware office of a national or international firm.
• Active Delaware Bar admission.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
