Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key performance metric tracking systems addressing both internal and external (client facing) performance.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metric dashboards to measure ongoing operational performance by client, work type, project manager, organization and geographical region.
  • Interface between users and KCI technology, IT and financial organizations to achieve integrated solutions for data delivery and reporting. Utilize systems including Power BI, Dynamics 365, Excel, PowerPoint and others to demonstrate, perform analysis and communicate system performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead efforts to augment, enhance and refine current design standards platform (knowledge‑based training tools) for new employees and supervisors.
  • Lead projects to establish new design standards platforms for the integration of new clients into the corporate portfolio as required.
  • Support Market Leader in development of new business integration (clients and acquisitions) to satisfy financial, HR, and operations onboarding requirements.
  • Support Market Leader in developing communications to board, executive and leadership teams as required and/or quarterly to service lines organization on business strategies and results.
  • Interface with teams to identify, analyze, evaluate and improve business process flows and technical workflow for improved efficiency and improved organizational performance.
  • Continuously evaluate processes for opportunities for increased automation including AI implementation, human performance training and workflow modification.
  • Manage resource allocations to match market and service line financial targets.
  • Create, lead, or participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders and users to understand how data‑driven changes to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiency and add value.
  • Exercise judgement in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices.
