Level 3 – Lead Fabricator​/Welder

Atlantic Aluminum Products is seeking an experienced Lead Fabricator / Welder to join our fabrication and welding team. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a highly skilled fabricator who can lead shop organization, welding execution, and workflow efficiency while supporting overall production goals.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes ownership of their work area, leads by example, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Advanced fabrication and welding experience required
• Aluminum fabrication and welding experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work orders, and technical documentation
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
