Ted Lauzen for Delaware (Democratic for State Treasurer) is seeking a motivated, positive, creative, and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support staffing, digital content, and general campaign operations. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility across day‑to‑day staffing needs, digital communications, events, and overall campaign support. The Campaign Coordinator will play a key role in keeping the campaign organized and running efficiently while contributing to content creation and execution across multiple platforms.

This position offers direct exposure to how a competitive statewide campaign operates on a day‑to‑day basis and provides an opportunity to work closely with senior staff and the candidate.

• Staff the candidate at campaign events, meetings, and community appearances across Delaware
• Capture photos and video content for real‑time and future use
• Support basic data entry of new supporters while staffing
• Track and assist with follow‑ups from events
• Assist with event preparation and coordination when needed

• Assist in preparing call time materials, including donor research and briefings
• Help track pledges, notes, and follow‑ups
• Support basic data entry and list building
• Help with organizing and staffing fundraising events

• Draft and schedule posts highlighting campaign events while out in the field
• Provide live social media updates from campaign events
• Capture and edit photos and short‑form video content from campaign events
• Monitor engagement and help grow the campaign’s online audience
• Track digital analytics and recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement

• Coordinate with campaign leadership on messaging and communications strategy
• Maintain a digital library of campaign photos, videos, and graphics
• Help with campaign activities such as: tabling at events, parades, door knocking, phone banking
• Assist with general campaign operations in a small‑team campaign environment

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience managing social media accounts or producing digital content
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced campaign environment and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as campaign schedules require
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in Democratic politics and public service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
