Report to the Regional Marketing Director. Support marketing activities within the region to facilitate sales and revenue opportunities, focusing primarily on residential new build through the implementation of field marketing tactics. Other duties include coordinating local events and open houses, training retail representatives and technicians, and conducting retail store assessments.

- Plan, execute, and track results of new build and state grant activities, including event planning, door tagging, yard sign placement, database audits, and additional checks as needed
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community marketing events (home shows, open houses, fairs) to promote all Mediacom products and services
- Lead special projects, managing all aspects from planning and communication to implementation and reporting (examples: 10G, XGS-PON)
- Track regional marketing expenses
- Order collateral and verify delivery
- Coach and train retail representatives and technical staff on marketing campaigns and offers to achieve sales goals
- Visit retail offices to ensure branding guideline compliance and assess customer experience
- Collaborate with personnel from all regional departments, Field Operation Group, Corporate, and outside vendors on various projects and activities
- Ensure sponsorship signage meets company brand guidelines and document results
- Commitment to job completion may require excess of 40 hours
- Other duties as assigned
- Up to 50% travel required, along with some evening and weekend work
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years progressive advancement in an advertising or marketing role preferred
- Awareness of competitive conditions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; intermediate Excel skills required
- Proven ability to deliver multiple assignments accurately, successfully, and independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
