Excel Care at Wilmington is actively hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader with long-term care / skilled nursing experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery during your shift, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs
• Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Delaware
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing / long-term care
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
