A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Critical Care RN – Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (ICU Required) in Dover, DE. Compensation- The pay for this position is $34.27 – $56.01 per hour.

- Direct Hire role
- Full Time | 80 hours bi-weekly
- Variable shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
- On-call required
- Dover, DE area
- High-acuity procedural environment (Cath Lab, EP Lab, Interventional Neurology)
- ICU-level critical care setting with advanced cardiovascular procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and patient documentation prior to cases
- Review patient charts, labs, and consents; elevate abnormal findings to physicians or advanced practice providers
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural nursing care for cardiovascular and electrophysiology patients
- Assist physicians during high-acuity procedures including cardiac catheterizations, peripheral interventions, structural heart procedures (TAVR, LAAO), and electrophysiology studies and ablations
- Support interventional neurology procedures including stroke thrombectomy, carotid stenting, aneurysm coiling, and TCAR
- Administer procedural sedation in accordance with hospital and unit policies
- Participate in “Time Out” / “Full Stop” safety protocols prior to all procedures
- Accurately document all care, monitoring, and procedural details in real-time using Mac Lab/Cardio Lab systems
- Independently circulate and support Cath Lab and EP Lab procedures
- Operate and assist with advanced imaging and electrophysiology systems (fluoroscopy, 3D mapping systems)
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff throughout all phases of care
- Precept and mentor new staff and contribute to onboarding and training
- Maintain required certifications and engage in ongoing clinical education and skill development
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred or required within 36 months of hire, if applicable)
- Minimum ICU, CVICU, or IMC experience required
- Cath Lab or EP Lab experience strongly preferred
- Critical care procedural experience required;
Med/Surg-only and new graduates will not be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Prior Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred
- Experience with structural heart, electrophysiology, or neuro-interventional procedures preferred
- Strong background in high-acuity cardiovascular critical care environments
