Excel Care at Wilmington is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing leadership team. Part‑Time

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing home regulations
• Monitor clinical documentation and care planning
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to clinical and staffing concerns during shift
• Promote strong teamwork and positive clinical outcomes

• Active Delaware Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long‑term care experience preferred
• Previous supervisor or charge nurse experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast‑paced setting
