RN, Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse

Position: RN Full Time
Location: Fox Hollow

Position Summary

As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while supporting the Director of Nursing in daily operations. You'll help ensure compliance, coordinate care, and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.

Clinical & Patient Care

* Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, IVs, and medication administration

* Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians/families of changes

* Review and maintain accurate nursing documentation

* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

* Ensure care is delivered according to individualized care plans

Leadership & Coordination

* Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff on your shift

* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

* Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

* Participate in care planning and quality assurance programs

Administrative Duties

* Assist with policy updates and regulatory compliance

* Complete reports, charting, and required documentation

* Participate in facility surveys and audits

* Maintain confidentiality and protect resident information (HIPAA compliance)

Qualifications

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
