As a Registered Nurse, you will help change the lives of our patients and residents, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for a variety of complex diagnoses.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient‑care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Retention bonus:
Eligible full‑time RNs may receive $15,000, eligible part‑time RNs may receive $7,500.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.

Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 – $45.00 per hour.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
