Location: Hockessin
Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate clinical care for patients. This role involves comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and supervising patient care staff. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nephrology nursing experience and chronical hemodialysis expertise.
This is an onsite contract for 14 weeks, consisting of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime. Successful applicants will ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
