Job Type: Full time - 12 hour nights, every other weekend

Major Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
- Supervise and support CNAs, including participation in their evaluations.
- Oversee the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program to ensure resident safety and well‑being.
- Provide essential nursing services and direct patient care.
- Conduct and document thorough medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support the best possible care for our residents.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
