Location: West Meadow
Encore Parkside is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), RN, to lead nursing care in our health center. The ADON will align clinical leadership with a homelike environment and compassionate, dignified care for residents.
The schedule is Monday through Friday with on‑call duties. The ADON supervises nursing staff across shifts, coordinates care plans, ensures accurate medical records, and collaborates with physicians to promote residents’ independence.
