Acts Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Interdisciplinary Team and coordinate hospice care plans. The RN ensures needs of participants and families are met according to physician orders and IDT Plan of Care, while serving as advocate and educator for quality end-of-life care.
Requirements include an active RN license, 2-3 years hospice or transferable clinical experience (home care, geriatrics, oncology), CPR certification, and optional hospice/palliative nursing
