Job Description:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide essential hands-on care that supports the comfort and dignity of each resident. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Helping residents ambulate, turn, and reposition safely
- Following the direction of licensed nurses and medical staff
- Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude as part of the care team
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the State of Delaware
- Prior CNA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
- Ability to build rapport and trust with residents
- Excellent attendance and reliability
