Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
• Manually collect and consolidate financial data from multiple systems that lack direct integration to complete bank reconciliations in the absence of aging reports
• Identify gaps in existing accounting workflows and support the implementation of process improvements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in AR/AP and bank reconciliations
• Proven ability to work independently with disconnected data sources and incomplete reporting infrastructure
• Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Experience with process documentation and or process improvement initiatives
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
