Location:
Delaware, OH (Onsite)
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash management, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget variance analyses.
- Manage grant tracking, restricted funds, and financial reporting for donors and funding agencies.
- Lead annual budgeting and assist with audit and Form 990 preparation.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff while supporting cross-functional financial initiatives.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of nonprofit GAAP, fund accounting, and grant compliance preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
