Under the general direction of the Finance Director or Office Supervisor, the Clerical Specialist is responsible for providing general clerical office support and records maintenance. The Clerical Specialist serves as a resource to citizens and fellow employees by answering frequently asked questions both in person and via phone, directing inquiries to appropriate department(s), and relaying information to various persons in a courteous, timely and professional manner.
This position may cross-train in one or more areas of department functions. Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
