Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the procurement and operations support team, ensuring smooth and efficient plant activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Administers plant purchasing and inventory activities to support production demands and business objectives.
- Manages and maintains the e-Procurement system functions, including supplier onboarding, purchase order management, and catalog oversight.
- Coordinates activities with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Provides training and support to internal users on the e-Procurement platform to optimize system utilization.
- Conducts testing and implements upgrades for the e-Procurement software, ensuring continuous improvement and system integrity.
What's Needed?
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
