Reports To: Interim Enterprise Transportation Director
We’re seeking a data-focused Supply Chain Analyst to support transportation optimization, cost savings analysis, and the rollout of our Managed Transportation Services (MTS) model. This role is perfect for early-career candidates who want hands‑on experience and real ownership. What You’ll Do- Analyze outbound and inter‑DC freight to uncover meaningful cost‑saving opportunities
- Convert data‑driven insights into clear, actionable steps with measurable outcomes
- Track, validate, and report savings progress to ensure expected results are achieved
Support onboarding and data accuracy for the Managed Transportation Services (MTS) provider - Drive freight optimization initiatives, including load efficiency and execution discipline
- Build and maintain recurring reporting on freight spend, mode mix, and service performance
- Mine shipment‑level data to identify execution gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
- Prepare sharp, executive‑ready insights and summaries for leadership decision‑making
- Provide accurate transportation cost visibility to Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams
- Collaborate across Operations, IT, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners to support cross‑business projects (with up to 10% travel)
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 0–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or analytical roles
- Ability to travel 10%
- Strong follow‑through; comfortable with project‑heavy work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to freight or transportation analytics
- Experience with savings/cost reduction initiatives
- Familiarity with TMS, ERP, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
