About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical data center infrastructure projects in the Delaware, OH region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale mission‑critical facilities, with a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking systems. You will be responsible for overseeing high‑value construction and fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Job SummaryThe purpose of this position is to monitor construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review contractors' cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, change orders, Developer's monthly Job Cost reports, contingency adequacy, construction disbursement schedules, lien waivers and other developer documentation.
- Prepare project status reports and recommend the release of construction funds.
- Review contract drawings and specifications, opining on completeness and compliance with architectural/engineering best practices.
- Analyze the direct and indirect cost budget, perform parameter estimates, spot quantity take‑offs, and review supporting documents from the Developer, contractor and subcontractors.
- Comment on the construction agreement, subcontracts, design agreements, building loan agreement, and qualification statements of Contractor and Architect.
- Review and comment on construction and disbursement schedules, and other documents such as zoning approvals, certified surveys, building permits, utility company letters, soil and foundation engineering reports, and designer's code and ADA compliance certificates.
- Prepare construction risk assessment reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities. May provide informal guidance or training to coworkers and lead project teams or supervise assignments of lower‑level employees.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum four or more years of construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience.
- Licensure as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to customers and present information effectively.
- Advanced financial knowledge; ability to calculate intermediate figures and conduct advanced financial analysis.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative reasoning, able to solve problems with multiple options.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MS Project, leases, contracts and construction practices.
- Knowledge of entitlement/permitting process, construction delivery methods, building codes and various building types and systems.

CompensationMinimum salary $135,000 annually and maximum salary $150,000 annually. Compensation will depend on skills, qualifications and experience.
