Worship Pastor

Lifepoint Church is a fast-growing church on the northside of Columbus, OH. We launched in 2004 with a mission to draw life from God and point others to Him. Over time we have grown to more than 4,500 average attendees across six campuses, with a strong small‑group culture that connects 3,000 people each week in Life groups. Our Delaware campus averages up to 1,000 Sunday‑morning attendees.

We seek a full‑time Worship Pastor to serve at the Delaware campus, working under the Delaware Teaching Pastor to lead worship and worship‑production ministries.

  • Provide leadership and general direction for worship ministries at the DW campus.
  • Provide pastoral care for leaders and volunteers on the DW worship team.
  • Oversee and pastor the production team, including the production director.
  • Collaborate with the Cross‑Campus team to plan and align worship services, events, auditions, training, etc.
  • Identify, recruit, and equip a suitable volunteer base for the DW campus.
  • Oversee the worship and production budget at DW and support cross‑campus calendar events.
  • Foster a culture of developing, equipping, empowering, and multiplying coaches and leaders.
  • Work with the CC team to compose and record original music for Lifepoint Collective (as desired).
  • Meet regularly with the Teaching Pastor to communicate worship strategy, vision, and cross‑campus alignment.

• Follower of Christ with a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience.
• Commitment to a daily devotional time that includes prayer and God’s Word.
• Passion for leading worship, developing a volunteer team, and strong administrative abilities.
• Creative mindset with a desire to think outside the box.
• Commitment to Lifepoint Church’s vision, mission, and values.
• Excellent vocal and instrumental skills, preferably piano or guitar.
• Relationally engaging with others.
• Working knowledge of running tracks through Ableton.
• Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Experience – Preferred candidates have at least 4 years of full‑time worship leadership.
