We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Oncologist and Hematologist to join our multidisciplinary oncology team.
Responsibilities include- Evaluating patients’ medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnosing and treating cancers and hematologic conditions such as leukemia, lymphoma, anemia, and clotting disorders.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Interpreting diagnostic tests like blood work, bone marrow biopsies, and imaging studies.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
- Providing supportive care and symptom management.
- Communicating effectively with patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participating in clinical trials and staying updated with advancements in oncology and hematology.
- Maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
- Valid medical license.
- Residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participation in research activities.
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus.
