Warehouse Team Lead

Company Overview

Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct‑to‑consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private‑label brands for retailers.

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation, including safety, quality, and efficiency. This includes ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The leader maintains warehouse processes within the prescribed standard operating procedures and work instructions, and assists the Warehouse Supervisor in providing leadership and training for all team members in productivity, quality, service to operations, and housekeeping.

• Work effectively with teams and individuals
• Minimum of five years of experience in a warehousing environment with demonstrated training system implementation and improvement abilities
• Ability to use various computer software applications such as Windows, Mini‑Tab, CAD, and databases
• Excellent demonstrated leadership skills
• Must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
• Ability to work on second shift
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
