What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and launch electromechanical systems, assemblies, and components
Translate customer, regulatory, and business needs into safe, manufacturable designs
Perform engineering analyses, including stress, fatigue, load, and performance calculations
Support NPI from concept and prototyping through validation and launch readiness
Improve existing products using field data, warranty trends, customer feedback, and manufacturing input
Drive cost, reliability, safety, usability, and manufacturability improvements
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers to resolve issues and reduce lifecycle costs
Create and maintain drawings, specifications, BOMs, test plans, and technical documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 3 years of mechanical design and testing experience
Experience with electromechanical systems, Solid Works, and FEA software
Strong understanding of statics, mechanics of materials, machine design, and fatigue analysis
Experience with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
