Shifts Available Full-Time Part-Time Days, Nights, and Weekends Compensation & Benefits $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience, longevity, and behavior)$3 weekend add-on rate (applies to select shifts)

In This Role, You’ll Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation

Collaborate with coworkers, families, and medical professionals to promote independence

Transport clients to appointments and activities (mileage reimbursement provided)

Delaware, Ohio Requirements:

High school diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written

A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients

Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Preferred Experience:

One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus

Licenses/Certifications:

CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified

Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients
