, we are committed to changing lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio.
- Full Time:
Option 1 – Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Mt. Gilead. Drive time and mileage are paid when traveling between the facilities. - Full Time:
Option 2 – Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marengo and Lewis Center. Drive time and mileage are paid when traveling between the facilities. - Part Time – Schedules available at Marion, Mt. Gilead, Marengo, and Lewis Center. Part–time schedules are available at each individual location.
- Full‑time schedule with 4‑ or 5‑day flexibility (30‑40 hours weekly)

- Part‑time schedule with 3 or 4 day flexibility (20‑25 hours weekly)

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a variety of therapeutic procedures, exercises, and assistive devices. Your goal will be to maximize each resident’s functional potential and improve their quality of life across all areas of daily living.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
- Utilize evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home‑exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Skilled nursing, geriatric, or post‑acute experience preferred, but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
