Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass
• Accredited school graduate
• Minimum one year of experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Other requirements as determined by client facility

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care, including medical condition evaluation, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer individualized treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop plans of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
