Job Overview
Tri-State Orthopaedics is recruiting a full‑time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to work in its North Hills Office. The role supports quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation.
ResponsibilitiesReview and process chart documentation and medical record releases. Ensure continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results and treatment plans from our specialist office to other providers.
QualificationsKnowledgeable in medical terminology and proofreading. Orthopaedic experience is a plus. Electronic Medical Record experience preferred; training provided. Excellent computer and organizational skills required.
