What You Will Do

• Coordinate the district’s off-work programs (Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), childbirth, disability, worker's compensation, etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits, assisting employees with enrollment, life changes, etc.
• Support recruitment and hiring processes for various positions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and providing clear, helpful information.

• 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Completion of undergraduate core program in Human Resources, Business, or Public Administration, OR 1 year’s experience as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611, OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
