Human Resources Specialist
Location: Onsite | Delaware, OH
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

• Support employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate recruiting logistics, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain HR records, personnel files, and employee training certifications.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR, payroll, and benefits administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processing principles and HR best practices.
