Riverside Landing at Delaware Pl (63 units Senior Community) in Delaware, OH - Position Type:
Part‑time with on‑call availability for emergencies - Pay Range: $19.00/hr – $21.00/hr (starting at $20+ per hour depending on experience)
$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48‑hour expectation)
- Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on‑call emergencies
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
- Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases:
January and July - GET PAID EVERY FRIDAY
