The Car Wash Manager is responsible for managing and operating a Tunnel Car Wash with annual revenues of $600k - $1.5M. You will oversee a staff of 6-8 Car Wash associates, ensuring efficient daily operations while maintaining high standards of appearance and cleanliness.

You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager.

• Manage day-to-day operations and communicate effectively with the Site Operations Manager.
• Drive Club memberships to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage P&L by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and expenses.
• Lead and build a strong team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Achieve operational and financial goals including sales, expenses, and net profit.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility, delegating cleaning tasks as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is operational, troubleshooting or submitting service tickets when needed.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with the car wash process and vacuums.
• Handle customer complaints and employee conflicts professionally.
• Train new Car Wash associates.
• Assist the Site Operations Manager during slow periods or when the Car Wash is closed.

Report to the Site Operations Manager, collaborate with Store Manager, Car Wash Program Manager, District Manager, team members, vendors, and company personnel.

• Preferred Education:
  
  High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  6-12 months in a car wash environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Customer interaction, high energy, organization, teamwork.

This is a full-time position involving varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Travel may be up to 5% to cover other locations. Physical ability to stand for 8 hours, lift 40 lbs, and perform related tasks is required.
