Operations Manager
Location:
Delaware, OH

The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational results of the business entity, including day‑to‑day safety, quality, delivery and financial performance. The role executes business‑unit strategies to achieve entity goals, implements continuous improvement and drives future growth.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer expectations for quality, delivery and performance of products and services.
- Achieve annual operational performance objectives.
- Align entity results and strategy with corporate strategic vision.
- Reinforce company core cultural values and set a positive personal example.
- Develop employees to foster continuous improvement.
- Establish a culture of Lean Thinking and processes.
- Promote a safety culture; set a positive safety leadership example.
- Increase production and maximize equipment availability while minimizing unnecessary inventory/costs and improving quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively and develop employee skills for a highly flexible workforce.
- Ensure retention of key members and identify and develop new talent.
- Align priorities, communicate expectations, and manage individual and team performance.
- Monitor KPI's and trigger corrective and improvement actions on a continuous basis.
- Bachelor's degree or courses in Engineering, Operations, Management or related fields.
- 5–10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of safety‑oriented leadership that leads to success.
- Strong background in strategic planning and problem solving.
- Ability to manage change across all departments and levels.
- Demonstrated skills in continuous improvement and extensive knowledge of LEAN tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven work experience in Heat Exchanger manufacturing.
- Strong team‑building, decision‑making and people‑management skills.
- High level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
