Robotics & Automation Manufacturing Engineer

Great direct hire Manufacturing Engineer opening for this established Delaware, Ohio company!

Manufacturing Engineer will work hands-on in this high-volume, fast-paced automotive manufacturer to improve production efficiency, program and maintain robotic and other automated systems, provide technical support to production associates, create work process and instructions, assist with capital projects, ensure safety and quality standards are being met and similar duties.

This position is direct hire and have a salary of $80-$90k annually with bonus and benefits.

This is primarily a 1st shift position but will require work on other shifts as needed - this is a 24/7 facility.

To be successful in this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will have:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineer or similar
-2 yrs experience Engineering in Automotive Manufacturing environment
-Strong, hands-on production floor presence

- Experience with robotics to include programming, troubleshooting and optimizing
-Strong knowledge of assembly, automation and material flow processes
-New product launch experience is a plus but not required
-Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
