Job Overview
This position requires a 3:00 am availability and is open to applicants who are 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities- Bake and finish donuts, bagels, croissants, and other bakery items according to company recipes and specifications.
- Execute proper pre‑bake, baking, and post‑bake procedures to produce high‑quality finished products.
- Maintain a consistently clean work environment and ensure optimum output with minimal waste.
- Adhere to brand production standards and transition to crew positions when production levels are complete for the day.
- Support a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to multi‑task and follow detailed recipes and specifications.
- Willingness to work early shift starts at 3:00 am.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
