Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the Midwest, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities & Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.00/hr to $33.00/hr

Shift: 10p-8a Mon-Thurs

What's the Job?

• Install molds, dies, or trimming devices into presses
• Set-up and tear down related racks, boards, check fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment related to dies and presses
• Inspect fixtures, tools, and gauges to ensure suitability for use
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure quality parts
• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery as directed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Four to six years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in equipment controls, PLC troubleshooting, industrial 480V 3-phase electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Basic computer knowledge
