The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Assures awareness, understands, and contributes to CNG safety policies and procedures and conducts all work in a safe manner with no safety incidents.
  • Leads an effective team, collaborates with other departments as needed, obtains and shares information effectively, institutes advanced problem solving initiatives, accepts and offers advice and feedback to and from others, has a positive attitude.
  • Exhibits drive for continuous improvement, maintains all CNU training, tests, and recertification as required.
  • Understands and identifies plant’s unique safety equipment/procedures in shipping and warehousing. (dock locks, trailer stands, racking limitations, pallet handling/stacking techniques, etc.)
  • Correctly and accurately performs a trailer inspection.
  • Correctly identifies all raw material, finished goods, cores, packaging items, and can confirm and record receipts of any articles (including maintenance parts, parcels, etc.). Instructs delivery of all articles to correct location/person as needed.
  • Creates required shipping documents, trains others on shipping functions, offers advice on improvements, and performs all necessary data entry and correction as needed for Material Handling and Shipping.
  • Directs trailer loading and unloading.
  • Leads daily priorities and time management.
  • Contributes to the training of all shipping employees. Completes corrective actions for incidents within the department.
What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications
  • Work safely following all safety rules.
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in warehousing and/or transportation.
  • Adapts quickly to change.
  • Proven expertise in ERP functionality and preferred TMS operation experience.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Available for occasional unscheduled on-call requirements.
  • Ability to operate different types of PIVs (forklift, powered pallet jack, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary

Wages ranging from $21.00 per hour +, dependent on experience.
